RedDoorz is a commission agent acting on behalf of independently owned and operated hotels across South East Asia.

For hotels in Indonesia :

Standard cancellation & refund policy (Part. 1):- Booking cancellation is permitted with a refund handling fee of IDR 20,000 until 3 PM on the check-in day i.e. till 14:59 local time. In other words, booking amount will be refunded after deducting a refund handling fee of IDR 20,000 to the customer in case the customer cancels the booking before 3 PM local time on the check-in day.

Standard cancellation & refund policy (Part. 2):- On cancellation after 15:00 (check-in day), 100% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For hotels in Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore :

Standard cancellation & refund policy (Part. 1):- Booking cancellation is permitted till 24 hours before the standard check-in time i.e. till 13:59 local time. Still, there will be a minimal charge of Rp 50.000 (Approx 190 Philippine Peso, 5 SGD, 90,000 VND, 115 THB) as booking management and payment processing charges.

Standard cancellation & refund policy (Part. 2):- On cancellation between 14:00 (One day before check-in) to 09:59 (check-in day), 70% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Standard cancellation & refund policy (Part. 3):- On cancellation between 10:00 (check-in day) to 15:59 (check-in day), 70% of the first two-night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or 70% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for bookings for a 1 (one) night stay.

Standard cancellation & refund policy (Part. 4):- On no-show or cancellation after 16:00 (check-in day), 100% of the first night charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Refund process will take approximately 14 working days (not including weekends, collective leaves, and public holidays) starting when the cancellation application and Bank Account details are received by RedDoorz.

In case of pay-at-hotel bookings, cancellation or no-show penalty will be charged by deducting equivalent Redcash from user’s account.

Only children under 12 are accommodated in the same room with no extra bed.

All bookings made for RedDoorz Sale and RedDoorz Special Promo Rooms are Non-Refundable.

The Check-In dates for the bookings made for the RedDoorz Special Price Sale can be modified 24 hours before check-in by paying the price difference and an additional Rp 50.000 (Approx 190 Philippine Peso, 5 SGD, 90,000 VND, 115 THB)

RedDoorz guests are prohibited to conduct or participate in any criminal offense within any property premises, including but not limited to: theft, robbery, prostitution or drugs abuse and transactions.

Check-in instructions :

A refundable security deposit might be charge upon check in equal to one night room charge or a maximum of 50${preloadedState}nbsp;depending on property policy. This security deposit is fully refundable subject to damage inspection by the property.

Change in Reservation:

Any changes in the length or date of reservation dates may results in a change of rates.
