If you’ve been deciding whether to go on a vacation or not, maybe this is the sign you are looking for! Cebu is finally accepting non-essential travels or leisure travels for visitors. That’s as long as you follow their updated health and safety measures.

Currently, all persons traveling to Cebu are no longer required to present a negative RT-PCR Test Result nor a Rapid Antigen Test Result when entering the province. Instead, they’ll need to present a Medical Certificate certifying that they do not exhibit symptoms of the COVID-19 disease at the point of origin. The medical certificate should be issued within twenty-four (24) hours immediately before arrival in Cebu. You’ll also need to present a confirmed round trip plane ticket and fill out Cebu’s health passenger locator form.
