  1. Get some ample amount of sleep - Sleep can help with your physical and mental self. It can also help with your immune system which is very important during this time. Get at least 8-9 hours of sleep. 

  1. Take care of your physical self - If you haven’t started with this one, this could be a great time to create your skincare routine. Indulge yourself with some face masks and even take a longer amount of time to take a shower. Taking care of your physical self can vastly improve your overall mood and mental health. 

  1. Eat healthily - It may be easy to fall into eating comfort foods, but try eating as nutritious as possible. Eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean you have to let go of that mouth-watering chocolate cake. You can still eat your favorite sweets and treats in moderation. But put importance on nutritious foods such as fruits and vegetables that will help keep you healthy and strong especially during this time. 

  1. Keep in touch - Self-quarantine can get very lonely socially. We all need other people as humans. Regularly connect with loved ones online and offline to help you get by.
