Sinigang - Another classic filipino dish that every pinoy would love to savor especially during the rainy season. Sinigang is soup or stew that is characterized by its sour and savoury broth. It is cooked with tamarind or sour fruits leaves acting as the souring agent.

Kare-Kare - a peanut stew originated in the Culinary Capital of the Philippines, here is another national favorite - Kare-kare. This dish is made from a variation of oxtail, tripe or pork leg cooked with the basic ingredients such as egg plant, string beans, and chinese cabbage or pechay. To fully enjoy this delectable dish, you should eat it with bagoong or shrimp paste.
